After years of searching for purpose, Danielle found a new sense of direction through a deepening relationship with God. Following her baptism, her artistic practice began to take shape around wonder, simplicity, peace, and stillness, qualities she has come to embrace and recognize in God’s character.

Through Gallery Danielle, she creates handcrafted compositions that exist between painting and relief sculpture. Using texture, depth, and layered forms, she creates immersive surfaces before turning her camera toward intimate sections of these larger works. These fragments are transformed into independent photographic works, preserving the spirit and tactile qualities of the original compositions while revealing new perspectives, patterns, and subtleties that emerge through a more intimate view.

Her work is inspired by the idea that small things can build into something much greater. She is drawn to the beauty and strength found in simple details, subtle moments, and things that might otherwise be overlooked. Through her process, these small elements are given presence and scale, becoming bold expressions of wonder, possibility, and quiet strength.

Her work invites viewers to slow down and appreciate what might otherwise go unnoticed.

Danielle is from New York and currently resides in Connecticut.
